During my recent stay at Rita, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service and attention to detail. Not only did Rita, the proprietor, go above and beyond to make us feel welcome, but she also surprised me by personally returning my forgotten earpods-a gesture that truly showcased her dedication to customer satisfaction. The room we stayed in was not only large, clean, and well-furnished, but also boasted a cozy sitting area where we could relax and enjoy the stunning views from our balcony. The complimentary toiletries provided added a luxurious touch to our stay, making us feel pampered and cared for. Rita's attention to guest comfort and the little details truly made our experience unforgettable, and I would highly recommend this charming hotel to anyone looking for an authentic and delightful Bavarian getaway.
